Students will receive a certification from the American Heart Association. 

Every certification we offer is valid for two years

Every person will get their certification card within 24 hours of completing the course.

All students are required to have the most current American Heart Association course book for each class they attend. Every course we offer includes a course book in the class fee. For Blended Learning classes, you will be provided a book to use before, during and after as a resource. For In-Person Classes, you will receive a course book on the day of the class for you to use during and after as a resource. 

Student’s can reschedule their class as long as they give 24 hours notice. There will be no cost to reschedule the class if the student gives at least a 24 hours notice.

If the class is rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the class fee will be forfeited due to administration fees.

If you cancel your class with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit 50% of the class fee. 

If you cancel your class with greater than 24 hours notice, your class fee will be applied to the new date. 

All Blended Learning classes are non-refundable, due to students having access to digital resources after they have registered.

If you know you can’t make a class, it is best to call or email to reschedule the class.
